TIPS & BACKGROUNDS
If you've already read my article about Cardiff, you must know that I've been in Erasmus in the United Kingdom for one year. Actually my year abroad just finished a few days ago. I want to write about this amazing experience while it's still fresh, and give you as many details and tips as I can.

I went to London twice this year: once in November with my friends and once in December with my fam. London is 3 hours and a half away from Cardiff by bus. I discovered a low cost company called "Megabus" to travel around the UK. The cost of a ticket from Cardiff to London is between 3 and 10 pounds. A week end in one of the most beautiful city of Europe is not really expensive this way. December is my favorite month to visit London, it is always so Christmassy! I am an absolute lover of Christmas, so if you are too, it is the right time to visit...

My friends and I had the amazing idea of visiting Scotland this week. As we have a Reading Week (a week without any classes - it's not really holidays but I think everyone takes it this way) we chose to leave on a Monday so the flight would be cheaper. Travelling is awesome but it's always so hard to get up early... We left from Bristol, flying to Edinburgh. Edinburgh is a beautiful city, I really liked it. The streets are very wide compared to the ones in Cardiff. The weather was rather good,.
